As the world reopens and adapts to the new normal, so have our events.

Your safety remains our number one priority, and we want you to feel confident attending our face-to-face events. We have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and will continue to do so. To ensure optimal health and sanitary conditions onsite at our events, we implement the following safety measures in accordance with our COVID-Safety Plan and in line with the public health and venue guidance.

Your Wellbeing

We request that you please do not attend the event if you are unwell (or have been unwell within the previous 72 hours) with fever, cough, sore throat and or flu-like symptoms, or have been in, or visited, a COVID-19 area of concern in the previous 14 days.

Catering and Refreshments

We work closely with our venues to ensure that food is prepared safely. All refreshments will be served according to public health guidance as these requirements may change over time.

Venue Commitment

Our venue partners are committed to:

1. Regularly cleaning high touch surfaces – for example, door handles, handrails, counters and shared facilities
2. Sanitise shared equipment between users – for example, microphones used by speakers and participants
3. Provide sanitation stations stocked with anti-bacterial hand sanitisers and disinfectant wipes
4. Place clear signage promoting advice on hygiene guidelines throughout the venue

Venue Capacity

We work closely with our venues to ensure we adhere to capacity restrictions as outlined in the public health directions. Crowd density and appropriate seating spacing will be measured in accordance with the current regulations. For venue specific COVID-Safety Plans, please view venue information on the event website.

Social Distancing

We require all participants to be mindful and keep a safe distance from each other at all times. We work closely with our venues to ensure that our seating plan and crowd flow adheres to distancing rules and COVID-Safe protocols.

We encourage you to practice good hygiene (wash your hands!). If you have to cough or sneeze, please do so into a tissue or your elbow.

Face Mask

Participants are encouraged to wear a face-covering where possible. You will be notified in advance if you are required to wear a face mask as a condition of entry
